The Company: HnK Parts
The Buyer: The individual, business, or entity entering into a purchase agreement with the company, including any delivery address specified during the order process.
The Contract: the agreement for the sale and purchase of goods under these terms, established between the buyer and the company.
These terms and conditions are applicable when the buyer (customer) purchases goods included in our quotation from us (the Seller). Upon the buyer accepting the quotation or when the items are delivered (whichever happens first), these terms and conditions are acknowledged and agreed upon. The entire agreement between the buyer and the company is governed by the quotation and these terms and conditions (collectively, the "Contract").
General Interpretation & Definitions

A "business day" refers to any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or public/national holiday.

Words that indicate the singular are also inclusive of the plural, and vice versa.
Description of Goods

The details in our catalog, brochures, and website are provided solely for informational purposes, offering a general idea of the products represented.

Despite our best efforts to ensure accuracy in product details, measurements, pricing, and images, the actual goods delivered may slightly differ from those shown in our catalog, brochures, or website due to ongoing improvements and changes.

The product description in our quotation and/or sales order is final. By accepting the quotation or sales order, you acknowledge that you have not relied on any prior representations or statements regarding the products. The descriptions in our sales documentation are for reference only.
Orders Process

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all orders placed are accurate.

Trial sales are not offered for the products.

Buyers should review the product specifications and suitability before placing an order.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have assessed the products' specifications and their suitability for intended use.

The company makes no warranty for product specifications or their suitability for particular uses or for items that may not fit the buyer’s premises (such as doorways and entry points).

Orders accepted by the company can be canceled depending on stock availability at the time of shipment, or in cases of fraud or product unavailability at the time of shipment.

We sell products only to adults who are over 18. Parental guidance is required to use our site if you are under 18.
Pricing of Goods

The prices quoted or shown are exclusive of all taxes. The tax will be included at the checkout based on the state, local bodies and the product. The customer is advised to check the total and final bill at the checkout before placing the order. However, if the customer is provided relief from paying the tax, we can include the customer under the tax exempted list provided the customer submits a valid tax exemption certificate.

The price quoted do not include shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Quoted prices cover only the goods and do not include installation services.

Any discounts are offered at our discretion.

Prices may change if there is an update after the quotation date.

Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance.

Unless agreed otherwise, payment in full is required when the order is placed.
Delivery

The goods will be delivered to the address provided in the buyer’s purchase order, within the specified timeframe.

All delivery times are estimates.

The company will make efforts to meet the specified delivery time but cannot guarantee it, even if a timed or guaranteed service is requested by the buyer. The buyer agrees that the company is not liable for late or non-delivery, nor for any associated costs incurred by the buyer.

If the buyer refuses to accept delivery or provides incorrect/incomplete delivery instructions, we may hold the goods and charge storage fees.

Upon delivery or pickup, the buyer must inspect the products. Any damages, incorrect items, or shortages must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery, with supporting information or photographic proof where possible. The buyer must allow us and/or our carrier to inspect the goods.
Returns are the buyer’s responsibility and must be at their own risk and expense. -
The company is not liable for delivery delays or failures. Delivery times provided are simply estimates.

Deliveries are made to curbside only. The buyer must ensure that their property is suitable for delivery and that adequate arrangements are in place for receiving the goods. The company is not responsible for any failure by the buyer to verify that the items can be delivered or fit in the intended location. The company reserves the right to refuse delivery if we believe the premises are unsuitable or delivery would be unsafe, illegal, or unreasonably difficult.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods at delivery. Unless a written notice is received within 24-48 hours of delivery, the goods will be deemed accepted by the buyer.

Once delivered, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the items.

Your Account Policy:
The security and the confidentiality of the account you create with us is solely your responsibility. You agree to accept the full responsibility for all the activities that occur under your account or with your password.
Installation and Operation:
The products sold by us must be installed, operated and serviced by a qualified or certified professional according to the manufacturer’s instruction manual. We are not responsible for injury, death or damages arising due to improper installation, operation or service of the product.
Returns

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted.

Returns are allowed within 30 days of order being delivered.

Incorrectly ordered items may only be returned with prior authorization from the company. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The company will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for returns. Return requests must be submitted exclusively via the Return Request Form.

Phone calls or chats will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, unused, and complete with all manuals.

Special order items are not eligible for returns
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Prior written agreement has been received from the company.

Any applicable handling or restocking fees have been paid.

The returned goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure that the returned goods are properly insured during transport. The company is not liable for any loss or damage to returned items during shipping. The buyer is solely responsible for such risks. Refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for more information.
Warranties
Except for the warranty provided by the manufacturer, no other warranties (express or implied) are provided by the company regarding product quality or suitability for specific use.
Product Specifications
Product specifications on our website are provided by the manufacturers.
As the buyer, you are responsible for ensuring the items are suitable for their intended use and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual property rights.
Liability

The company is not liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from misrepresentations, contract breaches, delays in delivery, negligence, or any other cause.

The company specifically disclaims liability for any claims related to the use of its website, catalogs, brochures, or other promotional materials, including any omissions or misstatements. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as loss of revenue, data, profits, or other financial impact.

Neither party will be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, lockouts, fires, or other unforeseen circumstances.
